It also applies when you consent to interact with us, for example, by providing feedback or subscribing to our marketing emails.

References to our "software" and "services" herein refer specifically to resources we utilize or make available to document, market, or serve as a system component or instrument for management or performance of our disposal services.

How We Make Money

We earn revenue by offering access to our service at cost, paid for on a month-to-month basis. We do not sell the content you upload to our products to third parties or utilize it for advertising purposes.

  • Account information when you sign up for an account, which includes your full name, address of residence or operation where our services are performed on your behalf, billing address, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • The nature of the services you purchased from us. We exclusively use third-party payment processors PayPal and Stripe. When you pay for monthly service, you will provide your payment information directly to those trusted providers.

We provide you with privacy options with respect to receiving promotional communications or how personal data is used to provide you with our services.

Opting Out

We provide controls on the BWJ Disposal website to turn off use of cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for marketing purposes, if such are served to you. Click the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of the BWJ Disposal website and follow the applicable prompts to opt out of such activities. You may also control settings to remove or reject browser cookies.

When certain personal information is disclosed to advertisers for product promotion on third-party websites and services, these disclosures may be considered “sales,” “sharing,” or use of personal information for “targeted advertising” under State Privacy Laws. We do not engage in any of these practices at present, however, we may do so at a future time. If we do, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

  2. Request that your personal information be deleted, provided you are not receiving our disposal services.
